We are very glad that we found out about ReviewForest. It is the easiest and best way to collect reviews from customers. With ReviewForest, we now get 3-5x more Google reviews a month! Our customers and we are happy for every tree we plant.

Frequently asked questions:

Short answer: no. By default we start planting from the moment you sign up—only for new reviews that come in after that. If you'd like to backfill and plant for past reviews as a one-off, you can choose to do that too. And yes, once you're live, we plant for every new review across the review sites you've connected.

Anytime. Cancel whenever you need—no hard feelings. Quick note: fees you've already prepaid (like annual plans) aren't refundable. If you just need a break, you can also pause tree planting without canceling. Your account will stay intact.

Your trees stay planted (obviously). Your public review forest page turns into an archive that shows how many trees you've planted so far, but planting stops for new reviews and widgets/integrations are deactivated.

We accept credit cards and SEPA direct debit. Pick whatever's easier for your finance flow.

We bill monthly. You'll be charged for the trees planted for your reviews in the previous billing period. You get a detailed breakdown.

We only want to plant for real, authentic reviews. If a review platform removes a review as fake, we'll refund the tree for that review. In practice this is rare, and when edge cases pop up, we sort them out together.

Yep. Set a total cap. Once you hit it, planting pauses automatically and your ReviewForest page is deactivated until you raise or remove the limit.

All new reviews on the platforms you've connected. Whether they came in through our invites, your own links, or someone just found you on Google. If it's new and it's on a connected platform, we plant.

Yes — we plant for every new review on your connected platforms, and you're billed for each tree planted. This includes reviews from our invites, your own links, or customers who found you organically. The upside: your forest grows faster. If you want to control costs, you can set a planting cap at any time.

Yes. This comes up a lot and it's a fair concern, review platforms are strict about incentives. But here's why ReviewForest is different: the customer doesn't personally "get" anything for their review. They don't receive money, discounts or perks. The tree is planted in their name, but they don't own it. We've had this approach legally analyzed and it is legal for the mentioned reasons. In the six years ReviewForest has been running, not a single customer has had their review profile flagged or banned because of tree planting. Review sites recognize that this isn't a personal incentive — it's a mission-driven action that benefits everyone.
